Lazy Ed here, ambling in all shame-faced like to dust the cobwebs off my woefully neglected blog. (Not sure if anyone ever really looks at this, but if you do I apologize for any fruitless visits to Tombstone.)

Here's some info about this coming Friday's show. More soon. I hope.

Easy Ed’s Variety Hour This Friday (May 15)

A new episode of Easy Ed’s Variety Hour (two hours) will air this Friday night from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Eastern (US). WMFO broadcasts worldwide on the Internet, so if you’re interested in catching some rockin’ radio please tune in! (Details below.)

WMFO just published their summer schedule, and I’m happy to report that “Easy Ed’s Variety Hour” will still be sizzlin’ on the griddle alternating Friday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. This week I’ll be servin’ you up an extra mean plateful of Rockabilly, Hillbilly, R&B, and Rock ‘n’ Roll nuggets. (Deep fried, salty, and delicious—--nutrition-free but also calorie-free.)

**Where: WMFO in Medford, MA (91.5 FM). Listen live through iTunes (Radio/Public/WMFO) or the station's Web site (www.wmfo.org)

**When: Friday (5/15) at 6:00 PM Eastern.

Can't listen while the show is airing? Just go to www.easy-ed.net and download archived MP3s of past episodes whenever you like. Send your requests to dj_easy_ed@yahoo.com and I’ll do my best to play ‘em.

On May 20 I will be DJing live at River Gods in Cambridge as part of their Primitive Sounds series, hosted by Jason Beek and P.J. Eastman. The music starts at 9:00 PM. Hope to see you there!http://www.rivergodsonline.com/
